When you are looking at getting your cleaning done in an efficient way, you will need to order things, and approach the job in a logical manner. You will find that the best way of doing this is often to get a checklist together for the whole process, and you will no doubt want to ensure that it has everything on it before you get going, as otherwise you may miss something out and the whole thing would be completely pointless! With this in mind, it is a good idea to have a think about your checklist before you start making it, as you want it to be something that you can rely on for when you are going through the house cleaning. Failure to make your checklist water tight will only leave you wondering what you may have made missed out when things do start to seem a little wrong. Taking your time is one of the best ways to ensure that your cleaning checklist gets made correctly, so have a think about it over a couple of days rather than rushing in to anything. With the home cleaning, you can compartmentalize many of the jobs. You will find that the best way in which to ensure that you are getting everything covered is to reduce the likelihood of missing anything by covering all rooms in the house. You may want to dust all rooms, and then mop all rooms, or do each room individually. The important thing is that you divide the jobs out and allocate them to different times, whether days of the week or times of the same day. There are also ways in which you can allocate them to different people in the house, as this will spread out the load, and ensure that everyone is pulling their weight. Division of labour across a family is a hard thing to implement, especially with children or teenagers who have no desire to help you out, despite the work that you have put in for them! The fact of the matter is that chores are a big part of character development for a kid, and getting them helping out as early as possible will not only help you, but help them later on!Once you have allocated the different jobs, you can note down what different things you will need for each jobs, and this will be a great place to start form when you are doing an inventory check for your spring cleaning materials. If you use cleaning services then this is not going to be as much of a problem, but you will still need to keep a close eye on how much is being used, so that you can restock if needed. If you have a cleaning agency involved, then they can actually be a great source of ideas for your checklist. You will no doubt find that the reality of the situation is that they will already have a mentally stored checklist as to everything that they will do throughout the house, and you will no doubt be able to ask them what it is, and note it down for your own uses. Having a cleaner does not mean that you won’t clean at all, as naturally between cleans there will be bits and pieces to do, and having a list of different bits that you can get done when you get a spare moment, will mean that nothing is missed out!
